By accessing the jeetbagla website, registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the jeetbagla platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference — including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotional terms.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the registered account holder or visitor) and jeetbagla (referred to throughout this document as "jeetbagla", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the jeetbagla platform and close your account if one has been created.

jeetbagla targets the English-speaking online betting audience in Bangladesh and operates its platform in the English language. All communications, account notices, promotional terms, and support interactions are conducted in English. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a sufficient understanding of English to comprehend these Terms before using the platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through jeetbagla, including but not limited to: cricket sports betting, live sportsbook, slots, live dealer casino, crash games, virtual sports, and any future product additions. Access to specific product categories may be subject to additional product-specific terms, which will be displayed at the relevant section of the platform.

Access to and use of the jeetbagla platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By creating an account or using the platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Age: You are at least 18 years of age. jeetbagla enforces a strict 18+ age gate across all products. Players who are under 18 years of age are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any form of betting or gaming on the jeetbagla platform.
• Legal capacity: You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Personal account: You are registering and using the account solely for your own personal entertainment and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• Single account: You do not currently hold, and will not create, more than one account on the jeetbagla platform. Operating multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not self-excluded: You have not previously self-excluded from jeetbagla or any other gambling platform in a manner that would make your use of this platform a violation of that exclusion.
• Not a restricted person: You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of an employee of jeetbagla or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.

jeetbagla operates on a Know Your Customer (KYC) basis. You may be required to provide government-issued identity documentation, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by the jeetbagla compliance team may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality or permanent account closure.

To access the full range of jeetbagla products and services, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and a valid payment method. jeetbagla does not accept accounts registered with false, incomplete, or misleading information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeetbagla login credentials — specifically your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances. jeetbagla will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login details secure.

• Password security: Use a strong, unique password for your jeetbagla account that is not used on any other website or service.
• Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify the jeetbagla support team immediately by contacting [email protected].
• Account liability: All bets placed, deposits made, and actions performed through your account — regardless of whether they were authorised by you — are your sole responsibility unless you have notified us of a suspected breach in advance.
• One account per person: Each person may hold only one registered account on jeetbagla. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any associated balances may be subject to review and partial or full forfeiture depending on the circumstances.
• Account transfer: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your jeetbagla account to any other individual or legal entity.

jeetbagla supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via approved payment methods. The currently supported payment channels for players in Bangladesh are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change over time; the current list is always displayed on the Cashier page of the platform.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on jeetbagla is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your jeetbagla account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the mobile wallet network. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) banking hours. Deposits made outside of banking hours may take longer to process.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed within 15–30 minutes during standard BST operating hours. Identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal is approved. jeetbagla reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.

• Withdrawal to matched source: jeetbagla operates a matched-source withdrawal policy. Funds will be returned to the same bKash, Nagad, or bank account from which the deposit originated wherever technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• Currency: All deposits, withdrawals, bets, and balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jeetbagla does not support multi-currency accounts.
• Fees: jeetbagla does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond jeetbagla's control.
• Bonus funds: Bonus balances are not withdrawable directly. Bonus funds must first be converted to real-money balance by meeting the applicable wagering requirements, after which the resulting real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

jeetbagla operates a sportsbook covering cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Tests, and all Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, tennis, and other sports, alongside a full casino lobby featuring slots, live dealer tables, and crash games. The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the platform.

Sports Betting General Rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed on the platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after the bet slip has been submitted and accepted by the system.
• jeetbagla reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a palpable error in the published odds, including but not limited to odds that are materially inconsistent with market pricing at the time of acceptance.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the settlement rules applicable to the specific sport and market type. These rules are published in the Sports Rules section of the platform.
• Live in-play bets on cricket and other sports are accepted subject to the platform's live bet acceptance latency. During high-traffic periods such as BPL match days, brief delays in bet acceptance are normal system behaviour and do not constitute grounds for a bet dispute.
• Maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and vary by sport, event, and market type. These limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of bet placement.

Casino and Slots Rules:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by the respective licensed game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, or other approved providers).
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the round will be completed automatically by the game server and the result will stand. jeetbagla is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes per game round are set by the individual game providers and are displayed within each game interface.
• Game malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a technical fault occurs that affects the integrity of a game outcome, jeetbagla will investigate and apply the appropriate settlement at its sole discretion.

jeetbagla offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, enhanced odds on selected BPL and IPL fixtures, and VIP loyalty tier rewards. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms and to any additional specific conditions stated in the individual offer communication.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before conversion to real-money balance is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual bonus offer terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before the bonus expiry date will result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.
• One welcome bonus per household: The welcome deposit bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts or shared household access will be treated as a Terms violation.
• Bonus eligibility: jeetbagla reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotional offer at its sole discretion. Players who have previously violated these Terms may be excluded from promotional programmes.
• Bonus expiry: Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonus balances are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Cricket and sports bets typically contribute 100% of the staked amount. Casino slot games contribute at the rate specified in the individual bonus terms. Live dealer table games and crash games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are published in the bonus terms section of the platform.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: While a bonus balance is active in your account, the maximum permitted bet or stake per round or event is ৳2,000 unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms. Exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

jeetbagla reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players with open bonus balances at the time of a promotion withdrawal will be given a reasonable period to complete any outstanding wagering requirements, as communicated in the relevant notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jeetbagla platform. Engaging in any of the below activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (real-money and bonus), and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, counterfeit, or unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits on jeetbagla. This includes the use of bKash or Nagad accounts that do not belong to you.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through matched betting using bonus funds, arbitrage strategies designed to eliminate financial risk while retaining bonus value, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets using material non-public information about a sporting event, or betting on any event where you have direct or indirect influence over the outcome.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in a manner designed to give an unfair advantage in any casino game, including but not limited to Live Poker and any other multi-player table game.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, AI agents, or any automated software to place bets, interact with casino games, or conduct any other activity on the jeetbagla platform without prior written consent from jeetbagla management.
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access and use your jeetbagla account, whether for betting purposes, account management, or any other reason.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile wallet provider in relation to a deposit made on jeetbagla without first exhausting the jeetbagla dispute resolution process. Chargebacks are considered fraudulent activity and will result in permanent account closure.

jeetbagla reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the requested timeframe.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder has provided false or misleading information at registration or during a KYC process.
• Any legal, regulatory, or compliance obligation that requires jeetbagla to cease providing services to a specific player.

Voluntary account closure: You may request permanent closure of your jeetbagla account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (above the minimum withdrawal threshold and not subject to an active investigation or pending wagering requirement) will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5–10 business days. Active bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from jeetbagla for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion is processed immediately upon confirmation and prevents all account access. Players who self-exclude will be removed from all marketing lists with immediate effect. jeetbagla shall not be liable to you or any third party for any losses or damages arising from the suspension, restriction, or closure of your account where such action was taken in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This includes losses resulting from open bets that are void upon account closure and bonus balances that are forfeited as a result of a Terms violation finding.
